Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

There was 1 successful LTH trx (RM200) initiated from CIB dated 11.5.15 was not reflected in BVMC Report & iCubes Enquiry Screen.

According to customer, she encountered session time out in the midst of performing the transaction.  This had resulted customer's account debited twice instead of once.

Please find the issue log at below path for your next action:

Dear Adit,

Refer last email from chee ping, there should not have any problem to log into IB_RECEIPT_DETAILS table, because we provided them the sql script to update this table to allow null in one for the column. He also advise you to compare the table in production with STG one.

What the status on this issue?still working on it?
If no, i will proceed to close this issue at our end.
Kindly assist to update the current status.

bill payment transaction encountered error when storing to IB_RECEIPT_DETAILS table.
In production IB_RECEIPT_DETAILS allow null. For this issue, the user did 2 same transactions at 8:53 and 15:28. The unsuccessful logged to DB was for 8:53. Transaction at 15:28 was successfully logged to DB. For transaction at 8:53, user got error service is currently unavailable, refer this error log

2015/05/11 08:46:29:216 ERROR kfh.error.exception.IBBusinessException: [0000] Service is currently unavailable.
2015/05/11 08:52:40:765 ERROR kfh.error.exception.IBBusinessException: [0000] Service is currently unavailable.

The service is currently unavailable is it due to not able to log into receipt table, but account already debit? For the second transaction that is successful will debit one more time. Therefore debit twice for this case. Is this the possible root cause for this issue?

The service is currently unavailable is it due to not able to log into receipt table, this occur after IB request to ESB and cant store data to receipt table. this user perform action at IB twice.
