Kindly attend below request:
Please help to check on the value of the "Primary State" field shown on RCAS screen and subsequently reflected on pin mailer letter. Please note this field is not input in RCMS and it happens to certain user only. "Primary State" is not input in RCMS. Under the same company ID, there is no "Primary State" value for this user ID.

Did customer attached with the screen shot, or is there any screen shot in the email?

Root Cause:
Primary State is tied to user not tied to company.
RCAS and RCMS from screen shot is a different user so they have different value of Primary State.
Customer said that RCMS reveal that the value in RCAS is old value.
They suspect the changes of the user details in RCMS was not sent to RCAS.
Pending Customer Feedback and decision.
