Kindly attend below request:
We are encountered some issue on the BIB staging which discovered when user performed the testing for E-pay new webservice. When log in, error message displayed with "service currently unavailable". Further checked by Hafiz, found out that BVMC staging has error but yet to find the affected files/setting, etc. His recommendation is to temporary use development BVMC to proceed testing. We proceed with his recommendation as to continue the testing. However, please rectify this issue ASAP since we do not want to share the environment for development/SIT and UAT testing. FYI, CIB pointing is using BVMC staging and no issue encountered, only BIB is having the issue

BIB cannot display navigation because of someone deleted bib navigation at bvmc stg..
problem already fixed..

User has updated the configuration in BVMC and the missing menu tab are now appeared.
Issue closed in SCP.
