Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

There is one reported case whereby customer failed to perform 3rd Party Transfer via KFHOnline yesterday. (10/06/2015)
Transaction was failed with error message "Transaction Error (code P 9999).

We tried to perform the 3rd party fund transfer at all 4 instances with no error encountered and ask customer to re-try, but the customer encountered error of "Session Expired".

We found the root cause for this failed transaction.
for june 10 3.10 PM Phoenix return error JZ0S8: An escape sequence in a SQL Query was malformed.
and june 10 5:28 pm there is a db connection problem and cant execute query

for your reference log attached in this email
in conclusion the root cause for this issue is 2, first one because the is sql error on phoenix db, and the second because the connection issue with database.

The root cause for Unsuccessful TAC status is database cant execute query for get tac status. The transaction was successful because the TAC request already sent to UPASS and success send the tac sms but while getting status from database it occur SQL execute error.
