Please help investigate
There is an error page of "Service is currently unavailable" when customer tried to view the transaction history of her current account.
Below is the details of the customer account:
Acct No : 001140001812

We found the root cause for this issue. the root cause is IB cant found Resource message for trans history code 100 from IBBusinessResources this issue already happens at couple month ago . This issue may solve with adding ib102.today.trans.history.code.100=.... to IBBusinessResources.properties(\[instance_name]\WEB-INF\classes\my\com\kfh\message\resources). FYI Trans History code 100 is Open New Account

Another issue raised from Norashikin:- We have tested in staging. We expected error page when adding the new account before editing the properties file. However, there is no error message when viewing the transaction history. Findings:- From the result you give to us, phoenix did not sent back the response with trans code(Check_NoDr_Cr) 100. That is the reason why in staging shows no error.

The problem is due to date in IB and Phoenix is not the same. After we synced the date, the error displayed as expected. We have modified the properties file as advised, and the transaction history displayed correctly. You may proceed to close the case.
