Kindly attend below request:
Seek your assistance to further check as currently Razimah & Farhana (our CPO Team) unable to perform verification
for IB Reference No. 0000155877 via CMS for their bill payment transactions. It goes to error page i/o verification page.
However, no issue when tested with other IB Reference No.

This issue happen because of database contain 2 same transaction with different OID. Therefore, the solution we can propose is delete one of the transaction and set unique constraint for TRNX_ID column. Please execute below query to solve this problem. delete from bib_company_transaction where oid=28284; ALTER TABLE bib_company_transaction ADD UNIQUE (TRNX_ID);
