Description
Development of Event Based Campaign:
Process flow:
A) Selection of Template
-Click on Event List "+" to select event
B) Selection of Events
1.TPMS retrieves and displays the available events, order by Event Date in descending order in pop-up screen. Search / Filter function is available for user to further refined the events listing. Available search criteria include:
a.Programme Type
b.Date Range
c.Product / Service Category
d.By Activity Group (i.e. CEBIT, FOODEX)2.User can select one or more events to be included in the campaign and click “Select”.
3.TPMS process and updates the Events table.
-Click on Company List "+" to select recipient.
C) Selection of Recipients
1.TPMS retrieves and displays list of company in pop-up screen. Search / Filter function is available for user to further refined the recipients’ listing. Available search criteria include:
a.By Malaysian / Foreign Company
b.By MATRADE membership
c.By MEEC participation
d.By State
e.By Country
f.By Activity Group (i.e. CEBIT, FOODEX)
9.User select required company(s) to be invited and click “Select”
Alternatively, User can create a new company to be included into Recipient’s List
1.TPMS to display “Create Company” form
2.User enter the required information for the Company Creation and click “Save”
D) Sending Email
1.To send invitation to the selected recipients, User clicks on button “Send Invitation” .
2.TPMS save the invitation & recipient list to the Notification Queue.

i. cannot remove event and recipient list. system remove the events that are not selected/ticked
ii. don't have search filter feature for event and recipient.
iii.cannot add new company

issues:
- for EVENT LIST search query, cannot clear search
- For EVENT LIST search query, to change the name 'ACTIVITY GROUP' to "EVENT GROUP"
- For EVENT LIST search query, to change the name 'EVENT NAME' to "ACTIVITY NAME"
- For EVENT LIST search query, to disable DATE field. (Prevent user to key in inappropriate date)
- For EVENT LIST, after deleting the selected event, and re-adding new event, the old selected event that had been deleted showed.
- For CUSTOM RECIPIENT LIST search query, cannot clear search
- For CUSTOM RECIPIENT LIST search query, no event shown when selecting 'PRODUCT/SERVICE'
- the template is showing the same company logo for all selected company

Hi Najmi,
want to confirm something,
for the Recipient List -> to Matrade member(s)
there is no recipient email in there,
is it because no registered MATRADE member?
or is it a bug?

Email will not be sent if there are no matching company to the event's product and service.
System will prompt "Failed to send invitation. No email(s) found for selected recipient."
