Kindly attend below request:
Currently in the UAT environment, we cannot approve the bill payment tranx due to the token issue (date not sync with SIRIM). Can we bypass the token? Can u provide us the files to bypass the token for bill payment? We have to perform the tranx to check the GL entries. Help us. Tq.

You may update the BIB WAR file using the class file i attached here. Copy and paste it to path below:
{websphere installedApp folder}\agro-bib.war\WEB-INF\classes\com\ib\enterprise\services\ib105_billpayment\payment\
Please remember to restart application after replace the class file.
