Kindly attend below request:
We have setup Reference No. Set Value (Favourite Maintenance): No at IBAM>CONTENT>PAYEE>BILL PAYMENT>0NLINE SHOPPING>FAMA AGROBAZAR, but RIB throw error Invalid Transaction No when user want to add fav bill.

Root Cause:
Because the validation rule in payee content IBAM already set.
Solution:
Empty the validation rule in payee content IBAM.
