Sender SMS Charges ARE NOT debited from account for successful transaction where Amount Transfer >= Alert Amount.

Please check that the IBGLAccountResources.properties, the GL Accounts have been set for SMS Notifications (gl.account.sms). I suspect they have not been set because the GL Accounts were never provided to us that were to be used during UAT and Production.
Coding wise, when GL charge can fail which will result in no SMS being sent out. It will not throw an exception nor inform the user that the failure occurred.

The GL for SMS Notification Fee is 01-04-133-01-03 41190060 .
Please make the necessary changes before we proceed to retest SMS-UAT-C003 & C005.

I checked at our SMS GL Account at BVMC got 7 accounts created. User said for SMS GL Account only have one account.
I already change the data for SMS GL Account in BVMC make it to the correct one and need you to retest it again. I think you need to make changes on the code as well coz there are still problem on the SMS GL Account.
