Description
- To add Supervisor field.
- To tie all members in committee tab for each event. Activity to edit event information shall be done based on assigned name instead of assigned Roles.
- Only Supervisor & PO is allow to Edit.
- Committee members only have right to their roles only

Tested but I cannot see any event tie with the supervisor & Po assigned.

PO - Tester 2
Committees - Tester 4 (All)
