Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
We got feedback from myclear that Agrobank did not comply on the compliance to Reference-1 (Ref-1) field which must allow Payer to input special characters at
Bank’s Internet and Mobile Banking.
Please make reference to JomPAY User Requirements Specification (URS) v1.3 as per below.
Currently system only can input numeric only. Please do the fixes.

EBCDIC greater than hexadecimal 3F or ASCII value greater than hexadecimal 1F
war file already released to Agrobank IT team for RIB and BIB
