Kindly attend below request:
Please help to investigate on 1 succesful IBG transaction performed on 19/10/2015 at 12.54pm but not reflected in OFI listing. User also noticed that IBG txn no was missing from OFI list which when retrieved via Corus. Attached the issue log for your next action.

Hi Ashikin, We found the root cause. It because payment ref no length is more than database size. Please deploy new patches for this fixes to staging server. please get the patches from below path:- //10.20.8.35/InternetBanking/Production/20151026_2821_ibg_trnx_not_sent_to_myclear
