Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
There is one request from customer to unlock his kfhonline account, however upon checking in BVMC there is no username found for that customer.
Checking in bvuserprd for table bv_user_profile, the customer's username has been updated to "DELETED24887" instead of "akmal1984" and
the state_code = 2.
The last succesfull login for this customer was login on 27/08/2015. Please help to assist to enable this user accessing his kfhonline.
Attached is the details as extracted from BV_USER_PROFILE and BV_USER_PROFILE

User 'akmal1984' is deleted by bvmc user. That why user_alias change 'DELETED24887' and user_state change to 2. To enable this user again please follow this step :- 1) change user_alias at database to 'akmal1984' 2) change user_state at database to '0' 3) User should can login if account status is normal To test at STG:- 1) Please login IB user at consumer. To make sure selected user is fine 2) Search selected user_alias at BV_USER table. Then copy user_id 3) Search selected user at bvmc and delete selected user 4) Search at BV_USER table by user_id. You will notice user_alias change (DELETED+user_id) and user_state change to 2. This user cannot login to IB and cannot be search at bvmc 5) Change back user_alias and user_state to original at BV_USER table. Then try login to IB and search this user
