Description
To add new tab for import company to Registration. This function is to allow PO/SO and Admin to import company list from external file based on event.
URS ID Ref: ADM04
Business Rules:
i) Only non-Matrade member company can be added or updated to the company related table.
ii)System to notify if the file processing or saving fails.

Mandatory fields in TPMS database that missing in the import file and feedback from Matrade.
company_local
matrade member --> need to indicate during import process. check by roc or company name
organization type --> To remove mandatory at db structure. System to check, if country not Malaysia value will be 'Foreign Company'
event_participating_company
status --> Default to 'APPROVED'
contact design --> already available in the import template
contact name --> already available in the import template
sme status --> To remove mandatory at db structure
bumi status --> To remove mandatory at db structure
payment status --> Default to 'PAID'
individual
rep salutation --> no need to put in this table as the contact info already in the event_participating_company
rep mobile --> no need to put in this table as the contact info already in the event_participating_company
rep gender --> no need to put in this table as the contact info already in the event_participating_company

Based on discussion updated on 20/10/15:
Confirmed:
The import company file will in CSV format.
company_local
matrade member - set to "N" when not exist in company main
organization type - remove mandatory in DB. Local company no need to set organization type.
event_participating_company
status - default to "APPROVED"
contact design - Use "Representative" field in csv
contact name - Use "Designation" field in csv
sme status - remove mandatory in DB. No need to set.
bumi status - remove mandatory in DB. No need to set.
payment status - default to "PAID"
individual(no need to set because representative in csv is the contact person of the company)
rep salutation
rep mobile
rep gender
Add "Organization Type" in csv after Comp_type with value "G", "M", and "F". To differentiate government agency, malaysia company and foreign company.
Remove the region id in country data. For example, from "12MY" to "MY".
Remove "New Booths", "Total Booths" and "Address 4" column in csv.
Matrade will separate the "Address 1" data to fill into "Address 1", "Address 2" and "Address 3" fields.
If "Organization Type" = "G", system will check on the company name, if already exist, no need to insert into company main table.
If "Organization Type" = "M", system will check on the roc number, if roc number is empty, system will not allow to insert into company main table. If roc number exist in company main table, no need to insert into company main table.
If "Organization Type" = "F", system will check on the company name, if already exist, no need to insert into company main table.
If Company already in participating company, not allow to insert again.
After finished import, system will list down the list of failed company.
Not Yet Confirmed:
For foreign government agency, how to differentiate which company is foreign government agency?
Is foreign government agency use "GOVERNMENT AGENCIES/ORGANISATIONS/STATUTORY BODIES" as r_org_type_id in company_foreign table?
Other than foreign government agency, use "FOREIGN IMPORTER" as r_org_type_id in company_foreign table?

1.For foreign government agency, how to differentiate which company is foreign government agency?
--> The foreign government data will be inserted as normal foreign company
2.Is foreign government agency use "GOVERNMENT AGENCIES/ORGANISATIONS/STATUTORY BODIES" as r_org_type_id in company_foreign table?
--> the historical data will be remapped manually to reflect whether its a government agency or not
3.Other than foreign government agency, use "FOREIGN IMPORTER" as r_org_type_id in company_foreign table?
--> all foreign entity data will be migrated as foreign company first
