Promotion>Registration - List of company page
1. Remove "Reject" button.
- No multiple selection for Rejection.

Promotion>Registration - View
1. Remarks field
- Change label from "Remarks" to "Remarks for Rejection/Withdrawn"

2. Remarks Input Specification
- Add error message for Reject and Withdraw button, if no remarks input to the field.
