All multiple item in table should be editable (should apply to all form)

For what purpose to have the editable function for all the multiple item? For example, use edit and change all the values under one of the item, this should be better to remove the whole record and create a new one. Furthermore, all multiple item does not have many fields. What i can see the edit function here is not required.
Second, not only registration form got multiple item table. Do we need to change in all module other than registration form?
Please clarify all these with Rizal.
