  • Unable to view Business Meeting Module even though BM check box already checked.

Committee Credential
Login as Committee (Data Entry, Approving Group, Attendance Monitor, Liaison Officer):

  • To hide Event Setup from committee members.
  • To hide Email Marketing tab.
  • To hide Dashboard tab.

Unable to view Business Meeting Module even though BM check box already checked. - Already fixed by najmi.

Login as Committee (Data Entry, Approving Group, Attendance Monitor, Liaison Officer):

To hide Event Setup from committee members. - Done.
    To hide Email Marketing tab. - Email Marketing tab must be control by user group permission, only can display the event listing related for the committee login.
    To hide Dashboard tab. - Dashboard tab must be control by user group permission, only can display the event listing related for the committee login.

To hide Notification & Setup tab at Business meeting from committee.

  • Hide this Button from Approving Group, Attendance Monitor & Liasion Officer. They Havnt have credential to view Visitor Profile Record
2. Attendance Tracking Button
  • Hide this button from Data Entry

Fixes in Business meeting:
1. Event/Business meeting available only to related committee, project officer and supervisor.
2. Project officer, supervisor and admin has access to all business meeting tabs.
3. Attendance monitor only can view 'Foreign Buyer List' tab.
4. Approving group, data entry and liaison officer only can view 'Foreign Buyer List','Business meeting - Master List' and 'Business meeting - Individual' tabs.

Applied credential according to matrix document. Currently testing for different roles.

Please test user roles according to Committee Access Matrix.
Exception to Publication module which need to be controlled using Admin Group Management.
