Hi Ruzaimah The applications in DR become stable after we investigate and perform some actions below: Change UPASS application to point to JNDI data source instead of direct call using IP address and port. The reason we perform this change because we found DB connection error using ip address and port in UPSS log. Restart Websphere application server inside authentication server. The reason we perform this change because sometime not able to connect to UPASS webservice. Change the LOCK REQUEST TIMEOUT in websphere application server to "-1". This is to avoid the actual error message is override by the LOCK REQUEST TIMEOUT error. This may change back to 30000 miliseconds or 60000 miliseconds. We found there is one error still exist after perform steps above. There is connection time out error when connection to host, need host side to help investigate why there is time out intermediate. Below are the host address and port: RIB host.address=ib1.agrobank.bpmb.local host.port=19982
