Description
City Management
1. List of City too long time to load, more than 40 sec. Total records = 98,823.
To retrieve 10 or based on selected list per page only and not all in one time.
2. When click button ‘Edit’ for ‘S-GRAVELAND , pop-up did not show the correct city.

Fixed below item, please retest after deploy
1. List of City too long time to load, more than 40 sec. Total records = 98,823. (Done)
2. When click button ‘Edit’ for ‘S-GRAVELAND , pop-up did not show the correct city. (Tested on my side no problem, can you test again later)
