Description
1) Budget by region only shows 2 region (ASEAN & MIDDLE EAST)
2) Budget by Section only shows 3 sections. Section shall display in english
3) Budget by sector only shows 3 section
4) Budget program only shows 2 program

hi akak ayu,
i already check and confirmed with najmi.
the reason chart data is not cater with the planning activities list is because the data within the activities list is not completed. to ensure the data integrity within the chart, eb_id which referring to budget type must co exist with ed_budget_approved (Budget type). budget type cannot be null.
please check.

fix section name from bahasa melayu to english.
