Kindly attend below request:
Please investigate why there's an error when try to retrieve e-statement for Labuan in staging.
E-statement has been generated and placed in the correct path as defined in web.xml.
Please investigate further as user need to view e-statement before can proceed with sign off for Labuan FTT.

1) Please help to get us this file from Prod server /opt/BV1TO1/var/appConfig/bv_framework/etc/bv_storage_cfg.xml
2) Please check does the \reports\BIBL folder access right is 755
