We successfully put it on sms table.
Sent query for further investigation on sms table.
Waiting for customer response.

Based on the log file, RCAS part is done, successfully insert sms details into sms table without error.
To check the sending issue, and data not found (maybe due to sent out already), Maybank should check with the team in charge with the sms DB.
We can close the case at our side.
