[SCP ID :##2895##] : BIB and CIB SI problem from 11/12/2015 - Urgent

Kindly attend this issue;
Dear Penril Support;
We need your urgent assistance to investigate and rectify the above issue.
User reported that all SI for both CIB and BIB having unsucessful or error status started from Friday, 11/12/2015.
Based on our checking in IB database, the items were not executed for the affected date.
Our system admin has also check on the IBG pointing and all were swing back to production after DR live run completed.

As we speck before.Please check IBG.properties at folder parameter
