[TPMS_Prod001] - Internal Registration & Public Event Listing Access Problem

Description
Step to Reproduce:
- Click on Promotion Navigation
- Click on respective event "View" button
- Select on Registration from the drop down list
Result: System display error message "You don't have access to this page"
Finding: Check in Administration>User Management - User (PO) have been given access to access to the page.
Step to Reproduce:
- Company access to the Event list from MATRADE Portal for the first time.

+Findings/Root Caused (Description): +
1.Code should use PROMOTION ID permission but currently code still using REGISTRATION ID permission which was removed from admin group management module.
2.Spring url cause css address to become invalid.
Resolution:
1. Update REGISTRATION ID to PROMOTION ID in registration code.
2. Remove spring url and hard code the valid css path.
