Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Kindly need your help to checkthis matter.
Customer inform unable to click'Account Balance' as role viewer.
Customer got error message ' Youhave left browser idle for more than 5 minutes.
Customer already try otherbrowser, clear cache and history but still same.

Already checked the log file, there is no related error throws on that time period. Already ask customer to reassign accounts to that viewer and then try again. To confirm this is cause by data problem or not. Also asked Norazlilah to duplicate a set of account from production to uat for testing if viewer still not able to access account details.
