Hi Saadah,

I need to log-in my details to print pin mailers.
After entering my user access, it was a long wait and the error will show onthe screen.

Even if i click "Pin Mailer" icon, i will be prompt to the main menuto enter my user details access.
I cannot proceed to do the printing.

I guess this is Production issue and I looped in our Production support teamhere.

Besides, can user revert,
1) What action did you performed, when getting this error? i.eclicked “Pin Mailer” or “token cover letter?” etc
2) Please get IT to send us logs file in order to drill down theissue

Try to telnet to database IP with port, to check the connection. Also, please check whether the DB configuration is correct or not.
