Kindly attend below request:
Dear Penril Support;
Please help to investigate this old issue in which reported in 2012. Since i have no record for this case, i need to create new log for this case and we will continue from this.
As confirmed by user, there is no Rentas file generated at dedicated Rentas folder in KFHIB06 at below path:
/export/home/bvadmin/shared/rentas
Moreover, there is no email notification send to CPO team whenever there's Rentas transaction for that day.
Please help to investigate and revert accordingly.

This issue happen since 2012 until now. New info form chooi. They get email but the email say no Rentas transaction even they got Rentas transaction on that day. so they manually check Rentas transaction.
Issue closed in SCP.
