Description

Planning > Planning JPPPA - Edit Activity
Problem while updating our activities last year. We have some activities that was cancelled last year and we would like to update the Status of the Program.

Scenario 1: with Tentative Date
1. Change Status to "Cancelled"
2. Unchecked Tentative box and the Start/End Date reflect from "December 2015" to "12 2015"
Result: System required the date for the program but the system does not allow to select the date back in 2015.

Scenario 2: with Tentative Date
1. Change Status to "Cancelled"
2. Unchecked Tentative box and the Start/End Date reflect from "December 2015" to "12 2015"
3. Click on "Save" without changing the date
Result: System successfully save the update but the event is not listed at Planning JPPPA - List of Activities.

Code only set month and year to tentative date.

Solution:
Set day,month and year to tentative date.

Pending:
Backdated function.

Update:
1. Start date and end date can select backdated date.

Test scenario 1-Tentative date
1. Access Planning JPPPA > Edit
2. Save an event with Tentative date and close edit window.
3. Edit the same event again.
4. Untick Tentative checkbox. Start date and end date should show date in format dd/mm/yyyy, not mm/yyyy.

Test scenario 2-Backdated
1. Access Planning JPPPA > Edit
2. Untick Tentative checkbox if ticked,
2. Click calendar. Should be able to select backdated date.

Year for tentative date not sorted properly.

1. Access Planning JPPPA > Edit
2. Tick Tentative check box ,
3. View on year drop down.
Result: Year for tentative date not sorted properly.

Tentative is now sorted from 2013 to 10 years from current year.
