BV connection to Oracle problem again

This morning I saw this happening again in the logs at 8:10am:

Also, the daily student sync normally take 40mins to run, but now it is taking 1 hour 45min since beginning of this month and I only notice it now. The problem lies at the 2nd stage of the sync where it is doing the profiling. Normally it processes 6~7 accounts per second, now it is processing only 2~3 accounts per second.

Issue could be due to network connection between App & DB servers. Further monitoring by Taylors on this matter
