Cannot add new record for JPPPA activities. Show blue screen prompt system has encountered an error (Refer Attachment)

Finding: suspected there is an exception not handled well. so cant get the actual error
Solution: add try and catch to catch actual error(Simulated on UAT cant simulate same error.)
