- More testing reveal this problem is not consistent, suggesting there is an issue with the back end system. Could also be caching issues as well.
- Will test it more when time permits

This issue might only happened at our development server. I can be only our internal mock-up bug. Just keep this issue until confirm that this is not an actual bug.
