Description
When add new user in the Management Group, example TRADE COMMISSIONER, user in the current list disappeared from the list and only display new user.
To avoid from disappear, have to save once done insert new user and then insert new user again.
Happened for all Group.

Hi Ayu,
Finding/Root Cause: This is existing system structure which discuss on system review to increase performance to load the edit page where left hand side only will display when user choose the filter and right hand side display user in this group.
Resolution: No fixed for this issue.
