Description
Prepare the PRODUCTION migration plan, scripts and files including table schema, BVMC related, class files, resource files, jar files and which ever required for the migration. Please have Darsy and Latipah to assist on this exercise.

Hi Teep,
Please double check the IBFT Checklist named IBFT_Migration_Checklist_for_BVMC_V2.doc i put it at the redmine Files.
I don't know what to transfer for IB_INTERBANK_LIST data.
Please add it if there is any data need to ship over for the IB_INTERBANK_LIST content.

and test to make sure that all sms is NOT sent/charged when the sms flag is offline.
