Description

Dear Chee Ping,

Kindly assist on the issues

Error 1:
1. Login as administrator
2. Click on RIB Dynamic Report
3. Select “REGISTRATION/LOGIN” as Report Type and click on Next button
4. Click on Search button

Current Result:
System throws “Service is currently unavailable”

Expected Result:
System should display the list of data for the registered users

Error 2:
1. Login as administrator
2. Click on RIB Dynamic Report
3. Select “ACTIVATION” as Report Type and click on Next button
4. Click on Search button

Current Result:
System display State as 1 and certain not display State. Age not display data.

Expected Result:
System should display the data

Dear Lizahwati,

I have test for those issues that you have mentions as below:

Error 1:
System throws “Service is currently unavailable” solved.

Error 2:
1.Age not able to display is due to host data invalid and not able to map age range. If want to test, please update customer profile in RIB.

Pending:
1.Still fixing state not display correct state.
2.Add Branch Code in Dynamic Report as request.

Those errors is not yet deploy.

Dear Lizahwati,

I have added User Name,User Alias and Branch Code field into BIB And RIB Dynamic Report. Additional, state is display correctly when testing.

Dear Lizah,

I have amend userState into branch state into RIB and BIB Dynamic Report and other issues that reported is already being fixed. Please use the latest SQL script when deploy.
