Kindly attend below request:

Please help to investigate on Celcom Bill Payment performed from BIB account which having 2 different transaction reference
when epay try to reconcile.

In KFH report, the txn reference is 201602250000206768 while at Epay side, appears two different txn reference which are 201602250000206768 and 201602220000206094 for the same transaction.

Below are the details given by Epay:
