Now finish until display the question and paper for a paper in html.

Delete papers, questions, and category already finish. Now doing the edit question. Cause of some problem i just let the user to change the question and the answer, but the question type and the category will be the same.

finish the edit question, now left some validation and back button that have not finish yet. Pagination also have not do it yet.
