Description
Refactor the kfh_bib project in https://hub.penril.net/hg/maybank/mpi/mpi_bib/ to m2u.mpi.
And for the common APIs refactor to net.penril.

- Re-factored packages that I believe are required.
- Removed some packages
- Initially I renamed the classes (removed IB at the front) and commented out compilation errors, but reverted them for easier reference
- Will continue and discuss with Vince

Just got the requirement from Maybank that all the package name be generic name, no M2U and MPI specific.
So, we need to rename our package again to my.com.rib and my.com.bib. Lets discuss with Jelson and Danniell before make further changes.

- Renamed packages to com.ib.
- Added an additional common package to shared packages between RIB & BIB
- Split original IBUtils from KFH into additional projects/JAR files
- Began work on Check Maker module
