Refactor the kfh_bib project in https://hub.penril.net/hg/maybank/mpi/mpi_rib/ to m2u.mpi.rib
And for the common APIs refactor to net.penril.

Refactored partial. Some of the APIs were unpluged and put it as a common API that will shared by RIB and BIB. All the Common APIs will upluged-in to RIB and need refactoring at the final stage.
