Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Please assist to check and revert urgently as we needto release these tokens tomorrow. This is for Hong Kong ORT. On RCAS, the tokens are assigned to Hong Kong provider.
Why does the error message says Provider not match?

Root Cause :
- Provider name for Hong Kong in TB_AM_VASCO table is "HONG KONG", which differ with the provider name "HONGKONG" in TB_AM_USER table.
- There is an update to change provider "HONG KONG" to "HONGKONG" in R5 project, however, the old data in token table is not updated, which causes the token not able to be assigned.
Solution :
- Applying data patching to change the provider "HONG KONG" to "HONGKONG" in TB_AM_VASCO table.

User managed to approve all tokens.
Issue closed in SCP.
