Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Customer cannot login Account approver, got error invalid password and security token.
Contact center guide customer to reset password, however, customer cannot assign token.
There is no user displayed at assign to droplist.
Please help to check.

Steps taken by user:
1. Cannot revoke token
2. Contact center advise customer delete approver – delete ok
3. Create new user – session expired
4. Timestamp 1130am – 1200pm
Logged new issue: [Request ID :##3055##] : CA not able to create user at BIB
