Description
Sales that has be key in into system not appear when user try to view it again to edit.
(At database level has duplicate sales with same company and event)

Hi Ayu,
Finding/Root Cause: Cannot reproduce. Might be user click few time on submit button cause db save duplicate record or duplicate migration data insert to table.
Resolution: Add overlay function on submit button to prevent user click again when system performance low.
Special Instructions: Fixed done and deploy to UAT. Please test on UAT environment.

28/4/2016 [Arshad] - Tested. Cannot reproduce this issue but this issue occurred on INSP MIHAS 2016.
Najmie, Is there any finding or preventive action been done for this issue.

28/4/2016 [Arshad] - Tested. Cannot reproduce this issue but this issue occurred on INSP MIHAS 2016.
Same cause as previous issue where there is duplicate data.
Solution:
Database admin need to delete the duplicate data.
Closed issue and will do on going monitoring.
