Description

Feedback form for JOINT PROMOTION ACTIVITIES (JPA):

1) Click on "Print" via http://172.25.96.137/matrade-tpms - System show blue screen
2) Edit Feedback

- System did not save the input information after click "Submit" button
- System show error "Server Error with Status Code [405]" when try to save information for Add Product/Service (JPA Form)
- Found Data not complete for old Event (sample event 2015: ASEAN TRADE FAIR IN CONJUNCTION OF FOOD WEEK SEOUL 2015) - Please check with Teo

3) Print Feedback

- For Replied Feedback the input information not shows on the Print Screen

Test scenario:

Issue 1 - Print show blue screen
  1. Access Postevent > Programmes
  2. Search event "ASEAN TRADE FAIR IN CONJUNCTION OF FOOD WEEK SEOUL 2015"
  3. Click print for feedback with status 'NOT SENT' and 'PENDING'
  4. In addition, click view for feedback with status 'SENT';

Expected result: Popup screen shows details without error

Issue 2 - Failed to save when add product/service
  1. Access Postevent > Programmes
  2. Search event "ASEAN TRADE FAIR IN CONJUNCTION OF FOOD WEEK SEOUL 2015"
  3. Click edit
  4. Add product/service
  5. Click Submit

Expected result: Successfully save feedback form

Note: According to Teo, JPA do not have feedback data from old system
