Issue on CMS Labuan
Issue reported by Norazili Timpai:
This is to inform that user have encounter CMS Labuan issue on JPY payment which failed due to the following issues:
1) Swift Receiver institution parameter for JPY was not correctly set. It supposed to be CITIJPJT i/o CITIJPTX
2) Decimal point. JPY should not have decimal point.
- In CMS Labuan, customer is not allowed to key in decimal point for JPY. System prompt "Foreign Transfer Amount must be integer"
- However, RnC,received the payment instruction with decimal point.
Please investigate and revert ASAP
