Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

Seek your assistance to check on one reported case whereby one customer encountered Session Expired page whenever requesting TAC to update his SI trx.

Kindly investigate ASAP as this customer need to update his SI urgently and currently he is overseas @Kuwait

This issue happen because Pixakarft miss out to add in code below in IBSIEditInterDetailsServices.java class. Already provide this solution to Hafiz for testing.

Salam Ashikin,

We cannot simulate this issue at DEV and STG server but  we found missing code from pixakraft base of error log. 
We deliver new patches with this missing code.

Please get new patches from below link and deploy patches to STG server
