Based on screen capture, the display message "Organization is pending for change. Further changes is not allowed." indicates that the corporate is still pending approval from checker for certain changes applied.
Pending customer to check through the pending list, to confirm there is no pending task for this company. No issue at our side.
Pending response from 22-04-2016 till today.
