Kindly attend below request:
There is one successful prepaid top up performed by customer via KFHOnline, however the transaction was not captured at epay nor in all BVMC reports.
This has resulted customer's mobile didn't get reloaded and user have performed manual reversal to refund the customer.
Below is the details:

Hi Ashikin/Shahrul Yes, I already search those line StartManageWebLogic log file does not contain epay log. There are two place to search epay log. ALSB log file and log file at application server. since log at application server contain error when sent epay request. Only place to search is ALSB log. We cannot continue this investigation if ALSB log file is missing.
