Our customer encountered error page while deleting the SI via KFHOnline. Pls refer below for the details :

Activities Performed:
- Try delete SI bill payment ASTRO in production using different account. Able to delete and no issue found.
- Investigated all the logs provided around 3.30pm. Does not found any error related to this case.
Now we would like to try simulate this case in development environment using the same data provided. But due to sybase is not yet ready, we cannot perform this simulation. Will try to simulate this case in development environment once sybase is ready.
We already provide query for KFH to delete the SI manually.
Query:
update ib_si set delete_indicator=0 where oid=2928;
