Hi Hafiz,
Kindly attend below request.
Users have failed to approved their Bulk Transaction due to reason "Insufficient Account Balance". Upon checking in Phoenix there was sufficient fund in the said account without any holding balance required when they did the transaction but still failed to approve. Appreciate it if you could look into this matter immediately and advise accordingly as they need to process the bulk transaction today.
