Description

Hi Wei Kuan,

Kindly attend below request.

User deleted the user id in CAS and user ID still shown at front end in Custody Bank Admin and when try to view details, system shows error "Error While Performing Request. Service is currently unavailable." 
Issue had been highlighted to penril support of eCustody system.

Please assist to check and revert.

This issue is due to user deletion at CAS.

The ID deletion should not be done at CAS level. If ID is deleted at CAS, the ID will only be marked as deleted in CAS, but it is still an active user in eCustody. This causes the data not tally in eCustody and CAS system. System will expect to receive user information from CAS. However, since the user is deleted at CAS, CAS will not send those information to eCustody, and this causes eCustody to hit error system unavailable during user details viewing.

Advise to either reactivate the deleted user at CAS, or, to delete the user at eCustody as well.
